At Nordic Timber Labs (NTL), you get the opportunity to be involved from the start of our new facility in Åmål. We are now looking for a dedicated and reliable production employee to strengthen our team and contribute to the development of future fire protection solutions for wood products.

About the role:

As an important part of our team, you will play a crucial role in refining our customers' wood products and ensuring high-quality production. We value teamwork and work together towards common goals.

Duties:

• Unload and load goods
• Prepare wood for treatment
• Manage machines and equipment connected to production
• Maintain and clean production equipment regularly
• Implement and follow standardized procedures and guidelines to maintain consistent product quality

Who are you?

To succeed in your work as a production worker at NTL, you are used to a fast pace but at the same time careful and careful with the products. We are looking for a positive, committed and responsible person who is safety and quality conscious.

Other qualifications

• Experience in wood processing or similar areas is an advantage, but not a requirement
• Good forklift experience and a forklift license are a requirement
• Punctuality and discipline, with the ability to follow work and time schedules closely
• A team player with good communication skills

We are looking for someone who is quality conscious, meticulous, structured and self-motivated. As we are a close-knit team, it is also important that you have good cooperation and initiative skills as well as the ability to motivate and encourage your colleagues. The work is physically demanding, so good physical condition is an advantage. You must master oral and written instructions in Swedish. English is meritorious but not a requirement.
